I never had any sports background. I started in my 40s with all the odds against me, and built my way to the top. I always give all the credit to the effort I make every day. It's a recurrent topic in my talks, and a message I frequently share with my supporters: "Always go above and beyond. No limits."

As a child raised in poverty, I lacked many things in my childhood, and I built a special sensitivity to those children struggling to thrive.
I dedicated half of my life to bringing opportunities to the most vulnerable children. Up until this day, I have helped more than 600 children from the slums in Bangladesh.
You'll also find me in any initiative related to education, sports, cleaning the environment, and protecting animals and wildlife.
How to associate your brand with values
1. Join my CSR Program
I created a CSR program to offer training, internships, or job opportunities to people from poorer backgrounds or who have faced adversity, mainly from developing countries.
These are students with great potential who we have been supporting for some time. With a particular focus on young women who may struggle with inequality issues or injustice.
We mentor them to ensure they get the best possible start. With our support, these students can receive a successful career boost, ultimately providing a stable income for families and even alleviating poverty for whole communities.
We've been focused on Dubai and the UAE for their great opportunities, but it's an easy-to-replicate model to recreate in other areas of the world.
Thanks to this program, 140 students are successfully working in big corporations now.
